This section describes how to obtain replacements for your Quark® software products in the Americas.
If you have lost or misplaced your program disks, we will replace them under the following conditions.
* We do not carry replacement disks for versions of QuarkXPress prior to 6.0. If you have a registered version older than 6.0, you can upgrade to the latest version at the registered user rate.
Hardware keys are shipped with certain international versions of QuarkXPress. Please see Hardware Key Information to find out how to obtain a replacement.
